cream to thin

Directions:
Beat eggs until thick. Add sugar gradually. Add flour and melted butter alternately, ending with the flour. (I thin with a bit of cream as it will make it easier to put on the krumkake iron.)
Heat lightly greased electric krumkake iron until hot. Put on 1 tsp. or more on iron and close. Watch carefully and take out when lightly browned. Roll on tool and let set before removing to cool.
