2 1/2 cups corn flakes (crushed)
2/ 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter (softened)
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, vanilla extract and milk. Mix well. Mix in dry ingredients until well blended. Add nuts, dates and cherries. Pull out about a tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball then roll in corn flake crumbs. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake until slightly brown on the bottom. Do not over bake or the cookies will be dry.
