1 large but thin round steak
4 cloves of garlic minced
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley
2 Tablespoons fresh grated cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle above ingredients on steak. Roll steak and tie the steak with heavy string. Saute in large sauce pan with oil before making your sauce. Let cook in your sauce.
