4 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
1 cup flour
2 T. butter
1 large onion, chopped
2 T. parsley, minced
1 16oz. can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup dry sherry
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour. Brown chicken in a large saute pan. Remove chicken from the saute pan. In same pan cook onions until transparent. Add parsley, tomatoes (with liquid), cinnamon, cloves, brown sugar, sherry, and raisins. Simmer uncovered for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place chicken in 3 qt. shallow casserole. Pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
