2 bottles Ragu sauce flavored with meat
1 pkg. spicy or mild Italian sausage (out of casing)
1 bag sliced baby portobello mushrooms
1 bag sliced button mushrooms
1 1/2 C. burgandy wine
1 yellow onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Italian spices (basil, oregano, parsley)
1/2 C. shreddedparmesean/Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic on olive oil until translucent, salt and pepper and add about a tsp. of Italian spices, crushed red pepper flakes and stir. Then add 1/2 C. sine and let cook down. Add sausage and cook until brown then drain oil (if needed) and add back to the pan. Pour in both bottles of sauce and stir in another 1/2 C. wine, bring it to high to cook and add the mushrooms. Then cook on med. until they cook down. Add 1/2 C. more wine and Parmesan cheese and stir. Serve over any kind of pasta with warm Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
