roasted Anaheim chilies (canned roasted green chilies will work too)
green onion
eggs

Directions:
Directions:
bake at 325-degrees until eggs have reached your desired firmness. Remove eggs from muffin tin, serve and enjoy. You can also top with cheese before baking if desired.
We top ours with Aunt Claude's salsa too.
