50 lbs. live crawfish
12 gallons water
Cajun Land Crab Boil
Cajun Land Liquid (4 tbsp)
6 lemons sliced thin
onions, garlic, celery, new potatoes
2 bottles Louisiana Hot Sauce
Salt to taste, after water boils
1 cup vegetable oil
1 container chopped creole seasonings

Directions:
Purge crawfish in large ice chest by continually letting fresh water cycle through with hose for at 30-40 minutes. Continually circulate the water to clean crawfish.
Put everything, except the crawfish, in pot and bring to a hard boil for 10-15 minutes; add crawfish and bring back JUST to a boil; turn fire off. Cool down outside of pot with hose to drop temperature. Soak for 20-30 minutes.
