8 pork chops
1 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 C. oil
8 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. water
2 tomatoes, chopped
8 scallions, chopped
1 C. mushroom, sliced
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. garlic
1 lg. jar drained sauerkraut

Directions:
Directions:
Flour and brown the pork chops. Remove from pan and add all remaining ingredients except the sauerkraut. Cook for 15 to 20 min. Spread the sauerkraut on the bottom of an 8x11 pan. Place pork chops on top and pour sauce over all. Cook at 350-degrees for at least 30 min.
