3/4 c. very warm water
1 1/2 oz. fr. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
7/8 c. oil
1 egg
2 eggs separated

Filling:
1 lb. whipped cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbs vanilla sugar
1 egg, separated
1/3 c. mini choc. chips

Directions:
Directions:
in a large bowl, mix yeast and warm water. Add sugar and let bubble. Add flour, vanilla sugar, or. juice, oil, 1 whole egg and yolks of the 2arated eggs. Mix to form a dough and let sit for 1 hr. In a separate bowl mix cream cheese, sugars, and egg yolk. Divide dough into 6 parts. Roll ea. part into rectangle. Spread a sixth of the filling over ea. piece. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of filling and roll up jelly style. Cut ea. roll into two inch slices. Transfer slices to greased muffin tins. Brush with egg whites. Bake at 350 º for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
