1 lb. ground beef (I use chuck)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 small onion, grated
1 T. parsley flakes
1/4 c. milk or water
2 T. butter

1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, egg, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and milk. Shape into balls, using 1 tablespoon of meat mixture for each. Chill 30 minutes.

Melt butter in large saute pan. Place meatballs in pan and brown in butter. Drain excess fat; remove meatballs and set aside.

Combine chili sauce and jelly in skillet; simmer until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and simmer 15 minutes.

Chill to solidify fat; remove fat and reheat meatballs. May be frozen.
