1 egg white
1 T. water
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
1 pound pecan halves
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white with water until frothy, but not stiff. Sift sugar, cinnamon and salt together four times. Add pecans to egg mixture; then add sugar mixture. Place on foil-covered cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
