Directions:
Directions:
Form into patties and brown in a skillet. Use a small amount of butter, margarine or olive oil in the skillet so meatballs will not stick.

Directions to Old Traditional
Mix all the ingredients well except flour. Shape the meatball with two tablespoons. Roll the meatballs in flour and then shake off excess. Melt some butter in a skillet and drop one meatball in the skillet at a time. Do not crowd the meatballs. Fry the meatballs until done. Remove meatballs from the skillet. Make gravy with the drippings in the skillet. Add more butter plus flour to the drippings. Cook the flour mixture and add milk to make the gravy. Return the meatballs to the skillet when the gravy is finished.
Serve the Frickadella with carmelized/browned potatoes and red cabbage.

Personal Notes:
Guesswork is the key to this recipe. A combination of meats is personal preference. Several of the recipes in this collection are old and with that comes a slightly different presentation. Hope there are enough details so that the results are satisfactory.
