3 eggs
1 pint half and half
1/2 pint cream
1/2 pint Bourbon Whiskey
1/4 pint Rum
1 tsp. Nutmeg
Speck of ground Cloves and Allspice

SERVES 24 people
6 eggs
1 qt. half and half
1 pint cream
1 pint Bourbon Whiskey
1/2 pint Rum
Combination of 2 tsps. ground Cloves, Nutmeg and Allspice

SERVES 30 - 40 people
1 dozen eggs
2 qts. half and half
1 qt. cream
1 qt. Bourbon Whiskey
1/2 pint Rum
1 T. Nutmeg
Pinch each of ground Cloves and Allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and add enough powdered sugar to make a stiff batter. Add half of the whiskey and partially cook the egg yolks. Add the milk, cream and spices. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to above mixture. Add remainder of the whiskey and rum. Stir and let stand in the refrigerator for several hours to ripen. Stir well again just before serving.
