1.5 c. Pumpkin Puree
8 Eggs
4 Egg Whites
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 c. Apple Juice
4 tbsp Coconut Flour
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Preheat oven to 350º
In a stand mixer, beat all ingredients together until a smooth batter is formed.
Bake in an ungreased 9x13 inch dish for 30-40 minutes or until just set. remove from oven, allow to cool completely, and refrigerate overnight to help set.
