2 eggs
1/2 cup + 3 tablespoons sugar
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, grated
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 tablespoons + 1 tablespoon flour
2 cups = 6 tablespoons ground almonds
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and
beat well. Pat into a ball and chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour. With a
teaspoon, spoon out small balls of dough about 3/4 inch in diameter. Roll
each in sifter, powdered sugar.

Place on greased baking sheet and allow to dry 4-5 hours in warm kitchen.
Bake at 475F for 3-5 minutes. Cool 10 minutes on baking pan and remove to
cooking racks. Balls will have light outer crust and soft centers. Makes
about 60 balls.
