2 c. white sugar
1 3/4 c. all-purpose unbleached flour
3/4 c. Hershey's Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1 T. instant coffee granules
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 t. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 350. Grease and flour cake pan. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs, milk oil, and vanilla, beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be very thin) and mix enough to incorporate. Pour into prepared cake pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool before cutting. Use your favorite chocolate icing.
