Ingredients:
4 Egg yolks
4 Half Egg Shells of Milk
1 t. Salt
All Purpose Unbleached Flour (about 2 cups)
2 qt. Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/2 eggshell full of milk for each egg yolk used. (egg shell size will coordinate with size of egg yolks used) For a hearty bowl full usually combine 4 egg yolks with 4 half shells of milk and 1 t. salt. Beat together and then incorporate enough flour to make a very stiff dough.

Roll dough out very thin and cut into about 1/2 inch strips. (Pizza cutter works well)

You can let dough dry in order to freeze or can use fresh.

Drop noodles in rapidly boiling chicken broth and cook for about 20 minutes.

(I like to cook some celery and onions in the chicken broth and then pulverize it for extra flavor before adding the noodles)
