11 oz. Ghirardelli White Baking Chips
2 T. shortening
2 c coarsely broken pretzels
1 c coarsely chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
In double boiler melt White baking chips and shortening.
Stir in the pretzels and peanuts.
Quickly scoop out with teaspoon and place on waxed paper or in to candy papers in mini baking cups.
Also you could spread on waxed paper and when it set, break in to pieces.
Allow time for them to set before serving.
