2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Beat 4 yolks and mix with first 2 ingredients. Sift and mix flour, salt, cream of tartar and baking soda. Beat 4 egg whites with vanilla and mix with flour mixture. Add sugar, butter and egg yolks to flour mixture. Mix all ingredients together. Drop or roll out dough and place on cookie sheet. If the dough is rolled out, use cookie cutter. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes.
