1 1/4 Cup unsifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 Cup softened margarine
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 package (4 serving size) Jell-o vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
3 1/2 C quick rolled oats
1 C raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º
Mix flour with baking soda.
Combine butter,sugars and pudding mix in large bowl, beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in oats and raisins.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes
