Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1 - 3oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. salt

Filling:
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/3 cup light brown sugar
2 T. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch salt
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

combine cream cheese and butter until well blended. Add flour and salt, mix well. chill

Combine all filling ingredients until well blended. Add pecans.

Divide dough into 24 equal balls, press into bottom of sides of mini tart pans. Spoon filling into shells, almost to top. Bake at 325º 20-30 minutes until golden brown or filling is set but still soft in center. Cool in pans on rack completely, remove carefully using tip of knife.
