1 cup butter
1 1/2 sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
Put in 2 -9" round pans.
Bake 350º for 30 -35 minutes. Cool cut in layers.

Icing:
1 1/2 cups butter
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 cups icing sugar
6 oz chocolate melted and cooled.
