3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
½ c. margarine, melted

Mix ingredients together and pour into a buttered casserole. Add topping.

1 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Mix together flour and sugar with fork and sprinkle crumbs on top of casserole. Cover with finely chopped pecans then dot with butter. Bake 350º for 30 min.
