2 1/2 C PINEAPPLE JUICE
1 CUBE CHICKEN BULLION
1/4 C BOILING WATER
1/2 C MAYONNAISE
1 TBSP SALT
PEPPER 1/4 TSP GROUND GINGER
1 C CHOPPED CELERY
1/2 WALNUTS
1/4 C ONION CHOPPED

SPRINKLE GELATIN OVER PINEAPPLE JUICE AND COOK TILL DISSOLVED. DISSOLVE BULLION IN WATER AND ADD TO GELATIN MIX. STIR IN MAYONNAISE AND LEMON JUICE AND SEASONINGS. BEAT WITH BEATERS. CHILL TILL THICKENS. BEAT IN A MIXER TILL FLUFFY. FOLD IN CHICKEN, CELERY, ONION AND NUTS. TURN INTO 1 1/2 QT PAN.
