8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
4 pieces cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
5 cloves roasted garlic
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. half and half
1/4 c. toasted sliced almonds (for garnish)
Toasted pita triangles

In food processor add cream cheese and blend. Add bacon bits, half and half, and garlic, and process-pulse a few times to mix. Fold in blue cheese and green onions. Put in a ramekin and cook at 350º until brown and bubbly. Top with almonds and heat until warmed about 15 mins. Serve with pita triangles.

Roy and Nadine's was a family favorite restaurant for us - it opened in 1990 in Palomar Center (think where Malone's is now) and we ate there nearly every Friday night in the late 90's. This dip was one of our absolute favorites and I think we did a pretty good job of replicating it!!!
