2 15 oz cans chuck pineapple
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. pineapple juice
6 T. flour
1 c. sugar
ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
drain pineapple (save juice)
place drained pineapple in 10x10 baking dish, pour 1/3 cup pineapple juice over.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Mix 6 T. flour and 1 c. sugar and sprinkle over cheese.
crush 1 1/4 tube Ritz crackers, mix with 1 stick melted butter.
Sprinkle crumbs on top.


a family favorite.
great served with ham.
bake 350º for 30 minutes
