2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground port
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 T steak sauce
2 cups soft bread crumbs, crusts removed (3 slices bread)
1 1/2 C tomato juice
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 strips bacon
1 carrot strip
8 T melted butter
2 T steak sauce
2 T ketchup

Directions:
Mix meat, onion soup mix, steak sauce, bread crumbs, juice, sage, and poultry seasoning. Form into T-bone steak shape, 1 inch thick. Wrap 2 strips thick bacon a outer edge to resemble fat. Combine butter, steak sauce, and ketchup to make basting sauce. Place steak on heavy foil in broiler. During broiling, brush steak with basting sauce. Broil steak 10 minutes on each side. To turn steak, remove steak and foil from broiler and place on plate. Place another heavy sheet of foil on top. Place another plate on top of foil and flip top to bottom. Remove foil and steak from plate and place back in broiler for 10 minutes. Use carrot strip to make bone.
