2 T oil
1 large onion finely chopped
1 green pepper finely chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground coriander
2 T Chile powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 T flour
2 lbs ground beef
1 16 oz can tomatoes
1/4 C dry red wine
1/2 C finely chopped celery
1 16 oz can red kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet combine onion, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, Chile powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and cook in oil till tender but not brown, about 12-15 minutes. Add flour; cook 10 minutes. Then add beef and cook 10 minutes more. Add tomatoes, wine, and celery. Simmer 45 minutes. Add beans; heat till hot.
