1 lb ground beef
1 C chopped onion
1/2 C chopped green pepper
1 16 oz can tomatoes
1 16 oz can kidney beans, undrained
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 C water
2 tsp. Chile powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 C uncooked elbow macaroni

Directions:
In skillet cook meat, onion, and green pepper till meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. Stir in rest of ingredients except macaroni. Bring to boiling; add macaroni. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 8-10 minutes, or till macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
