Crust-
¾ c. butter (softened)
1 ½ c. flour
¾ c. nuts (chopped)

Filling-
1 c. powdered sugar (sifted)
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. whipped topping
2 packages of lemon instant pudding
3 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
1. For crust, mix ingredients together. Bake at 350° in a 9x13 pan for 15 minutes.
2. Beat sugar and cream cheese. Add to whipped topping.
3. Spread on cooled crust and refrigerate.
4. Mix pudding with milk. Pour over set cream cheese mixture.
