Bread cubes to fill a 9"x13" baking dish
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 C pecans

2 C sugar
8 eggs
5 1/2 C milk
1 t salt
1 t vanilla
2 t cinnamon + 2 t sugar

1 C butter
2 C powdered sugar
2 T bourbon or rum

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread and pecans and place in a buttered baking dish, drizzle with butter. Combine sugar, salt, vanilla and eggs; mix in milk. Pour over bread. Top with cinnamon sugar. Place pan in a larger pan of water.
350º approximately 60"

Whip together butter, sugar and bourbon. Serve ass a sauce over pudding.
