1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3 T. cocoa
2 c. shredded zuccini
greased and floured 9 x 13 pan
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
mix all ingredients together, bake at 325º for 40-45 minutes.
