2/3 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. cold milk

scald 2 1/2 c. milk, when milk starts to rise in pan pore in sugar mixture VERY SLOWLY into hot milk stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat , then add butter and vanilla.

Now you can choose which type of pie it's going to be just add the next ingredient: Coconut; Peanut Butter; Pineapple (drained and squeezed); Bananas
