2 c. Cranberries
1/2 c. Water
1/2 c. Apple Juice
1 Orange
1 tsp Ginger
1/4 c. Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Zest the orange and then juice the orange.
In a sauce pan over medium heat add all ingredients and cook until cranberries pop and sauce is thickened slightly stirring frequently.
Pour sauce into a glass dish and place in the refrigerator to cool overnight so that the flavors can meld.

It is important to let the sauce sit in the refrigerator at least overnight but 2 - 3 days is best to allow the tartness of the cranberries to mellow. You may need to add more honey depending on the tartness of the cranberries as well.
