2 lb. Pork Tenderloin
1 can (8oz) Coconut Milk
3 tbsp Ginger
1 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Star Anise
1 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 Habanero Pepper
6 cloves Garlic
1 Salt

Green Sauce:
1 c. Fresh Cilantro
1/2 c. Fresh Parsley
1/4 c. Green Onion
3/4 c. Lime Juice
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Red Pepper
1 tbsp Honey

For the pork:
Remove seeds and veins from the habanero pepper and finely dice.
Mix all spices, ginger, habanero, and coconut milk together and pour over the pork tenderloin in a bag and marinate overnight.
On a grill over medium high heat grill the pork tenderloin for 12 - 15 minutes turning to brown evenly all around.
Remove from the grill and allow to sit for 5 - 10 minutes before slicing on an angle.

For the sauce:
Add all sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour half the sauce over the sliced pork, and reserve the other half for dipping.
