This recipe works better doubling the ingredients before the Add ins
1-3/4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup Butter flavored Crisco Shortening, (2Tbsp of water per cup of shortening)
3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar (or Splenda)
2 Tbsp Milk
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 egg

Add in
3 cups flavored chips (chocolate, butterscotch, white chocolate)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup Oatmeal
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Heat oven 375ºF
Combine shortening, sugars, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Beat egg into creamed mixture.
Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon, mix well into the creamed mixture just until blended, Stir in Add ins: or add any of your own favorite ingredient's.
Drop by tablespoon 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes for chewy cookies or 11-13 minutes for crispy cookies. cool for 2 minutes on the sheet then place on cooling rack
