4 tbsp Butter (cold)
2 tbsp Solid Coconut Oil
3/4 c. Coconut Flour
2 lg Eggs
1 tsp Honey
1/8 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a medium mixing bowl cut the butter and oil into the flour until crumbs form. Add all other ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Pat the dough into a greased pie dish and prick the bottom of the dough.
Bake the crust for 8 minutes and allow to cool back down to room temperature before adding filling.
