15 oz. can chili, without beans
1/2 c. sliced green onions
10 oz. can tomatoes and green chilies
1/8 - 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
8 oz. (1-1/2 c.) Pasteurized process cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Dice tomatoes and combine with remaining ingredients in saucepan. Heat until cheese melts, stirring occasionally. Serve warm with assorted raw vegetable dippers, toasted French bread slices, and corn or tortilla chips. Garnish with additional diced red peppers and green onions.
