1 pkg refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10)
1 T butter, melted
1 10 3/4 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
1 10 3/4 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 C milk
1 3 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 C cubed cooked chicken
1/4 C finely chopped onion

Remove biscuits from pkg. Flatten biscuits with hand and make circles 3 inches in diameter. Place 5 biscuits on baking sheet and brush each with the melted butter. Top biscuits with remaining biscuits and press edges together. Bake in 475º oven for 8 minutes or till browned. Meanwhile, in large saucepan, blend in remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, till heated through. Remove biscuits from oven, separate biscuits. Place bottom half on plate and pour on some chicken sauce, add top of biscuit and pour remaining sauce over each one.
