2 lg eggs
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk and vanilla until light and foamy. Stir in butter. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and sugar. Mix the flour mixture into the eggs and milk mixture. Do not over mix. Let batter rest while heating a lightly buttered non-stick pan. Drop batter into the pan. When bubbles from on the top and begin break, turn over and cook until golden brown. Turn only once. Serve immediately. For waffles, spoon batter into a seasoned preheated waffle iron. Close and cook until top opens easily.
