2 pkgs dry yeast
1 cup sour cream
1 cup warm water
½ cup butter
4 cups self-rising flour
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, and then add 1 tsp sugar. Mix flour and sugar in a large bowl. Melt butter in a bowl in the microwave, add sour cream and stir until mixed. Heat mixture for 30 seconds in the microwave. Add eggs and whisk until smooth. Add to flour and mix thoroughly. Cover with cloth and let rise until doubled, about an hour. Punch dough down but do not knead. Divide dough into two portions. Roll each into circle ½ inch in thickness. Cut into 2 inch rounds and dip each into melted butter, then fold in half and place in baking pan. Set in warm place, cover, and let rise 30-45 minutes. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. Remove from pan and serve hot. Serves 24-30 rolls. Recipe can be cut in half for smaller serving.
