4 lbs. ground beef
˝ c. chopped onions (optional)
1 c. all–Purpose flour
4 beef bouillons cubes
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
9 ˝ c. milk
1 tsp.Worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions in a large skillet over medium high heat. Stir in flour, bouillons, salt and pepper. Saute all together for about 5 minutes or until flour is absorbed and lightly brown. Gradually stir in milk and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until thickened about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot over biscuits or toast.
