1 C milk (powdered milk works fine)
1 egg
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
3-3 1/2 C flour
1/4 C sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp yeast

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt sugar, salt, and butter in warm milk. Add 1 c. flour. Add egg and mix well.

2. Add 1 c. flour. Add yeast and mix well. Add remaining flour. Let rest 10 minutes.

3. Knead 10 minutes. Let rise to double.

4. Punch down and form into 12-16 rolls

6. Place rolls in greased 9x13 baking dish

7. Let rise double in size

8. Bake at 375 for 15 min.
