1 head cabbage, cored and chopped
12 slices American cheese
1 (10.7 oz) can Cream of Celery soup
½ cup melted butter
40 butter flavored crackers
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, set aside. In a large saucepan over high heat bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and add cabbage, cook about 5 min. or until crisp-tender, drain. Layer half of cabbage, half of soup, salt and pepper, and six slices of cheese in prepared pan. Repeat layers. Crush the crackers and stir into melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over cabbage mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
