1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. Romano cheese shredded
3 oz. thinly sliced ham
2 slices bacon cooked
1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. chicken flavored bullion granules
3 oz. thinly sliced cooked turkey breast
2 slices Texas toast toasted
1 sliced tomato
paprika

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add the milk and bouillon granules. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Add Romano cheese and stir until cheese melts. Set aside.
Warm ham and turkey in a skillet. Place one piece of toast in the center of an ovenproof plate. Cut remaining piece of toast in half and place one-half on each side of the plate. Cover toast with the turkey and ham. Spoon cheese sauce over meat and bake at 300* for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with tomato slice and bacon. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
