2 cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp fine salt
½ tsp cayenne
vegetable oil for frying
2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup hot sauce
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and cayenne. In a large pot pour oil to a depth of 2 inches. Place over medium heat until oil registers 375 degrees. Working in 3 batches, dredge the wings in the flour mixture and fry until lightly browned, about 10-12 min. Using a slotted spoon transfer the wings to a paper towel lined plate. In another large bowl, combing the butter, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Toss the wings in the hot sauce mixture. Transfer the wings to a large foil lined baking sheet and bake, turning the wings occasionally, until crispy….about 35 min.
