1 loaf French bread cut into 1inch cubes (10 cups)
8 eggs
3 cups milk
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp salt, optional


Topping

Butter
Sugar
Cinnamon
Powdered Sugar
Maple Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 13x9 baking pan with cooking spray. Place bread in greased pan. In mixing bowl beat eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt. Pour mixture over bread. Cover bread and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Dot with butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Recover and bake 350 45-50 minutes. Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
