1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. lime juice
2 packages dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
3 while boneless, skinless chicken breast (could use flank steak)
1 onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced

tortillas
cheese
sour cream
salsa
guacamole
etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the oil, vinegar, lime juice, and dry salad dressing mix. Add chicken or steak, onion and bell pepper. Cover dish and refrigerate. Marinate for 3-6 hours. Broil in oven or grill.
Make up the fajita with your favorite toppings.
