1 c. bisquick
1/2-3/4 c. sugar
8 eggs
4 c. milk
1-2 t. vanilla
4 t. melted butter
dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Two options..

1) put everything but nutmeg in a large blender and whir together.
-or-
2) combine bisquick and sugar. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, and butter in a large bowl. Stir in dry ingredients.

Pour everything in a greased, 9x13 pan. Sprinkle nutmeg over it lightly. Bake at 375º oven for 25-30 minutes. It will need to cool a bit to set up before eating.

This is one of Ryan's favorite breakfasts. Me? Meh. The bisqucik will make a kind of crust around the middle which will be a sweet egg custard.
