4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (Boiled and Shredded)

1 bag Doritos (Crushed.. Nacho Flavored it gives it the best flavor.)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can rotel tomatoes (Determines how spicy you want it. I go with mild because of kids.)

1 box Lipton onion soup mix

3/4 cup chicken broth (you may need a little more if mixture is too thick)

1 tbsp. chili powder (this also determines how spicy you want it... use less if you want it milder.)

1/2 lb. shredded Monterey jack cheese

1/3 cup chicken broth (for bottom of casserole dish to help from sticking and being to dry.)

Boil Chicken, let cool and Shred.

2. PREHEAT OVEN @ 350

3. Pour 1/3 cup of chicken broth to lightly cover bottom of casserole dish, to help from sticking and bottom being too dry.

4. Mix together cream soup mixes, onion soup mix, chili powder, chicken broth and boiled, shredded chicken. Needs to be consistency of cream gravy... if it's too thick, add more broth, or warm water.

5. Crush Doritos.

6. LAYERING.... you WILL have 2 Layers. Layer half the bag of Doritos first, half chicken soup mixture second, half can Rot-tel tomatoes third, half shredded cheese last. REPEAT.

7. Cover with lid or aluminum foil and bake 30 to 45 min. If casserole is almost to top of pan, Place a cookie sheet under dish as the mixture may bubble out.

8. Let Cool for 5 min. It will be Hot...
